Who Can Claim
Anyone who has a flawed credit card agreement or loan agreement issued prior to April 2007
Despite all the publicity over the last few of years about the money people have received from bank charge claims, credit card charge claims, and accident claims so many people still do not realise that once a credit agreement is deemed invalid a claim can be submitted at no cost.
There is a fee to have credit/loan agreements checked for flaws but once your agreement is found to be unenforceable our solicitors will submit a claim and there are no more charges to you and we really do mean no charges.
The solicitors will submit a claim on the basis that the agreement is unenforceable as it does not comply with the prescribed terms Consumer Credit act of 1974, revised 2006.
Claims submitted are for all payments to be returned, future payments stopped and any goods purchased to be kept by the borrower.
A lot of companies charge a fee for this service or offer a no win no fee deal taking between 20%-30% of your claim. We charge no fees whatsoever after the initial payment to deal with your claim. You keep 100% of your claim
